Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Residential Staircase Installation Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for craftsmanship and problem-solving.
- Install custom-designed timber staircases according to specifications and drawings.
- Read and interpret plans, site measurements, and installation instructions.
- Liaise professionally with builders, site managers, and clients.
- Conduct site checks to ensure installations meet safety standards and quality expectations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues on-site.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in staircase installation, carpentry, or joinery (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
- Qualified Carpenter (Certificate III + Apprenticeship)
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
- White Card (Construction Induction Card) and valid driver's license.
- Tools & suitable vehicle.
