Job Title

As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership and coordination to deliver consistent, effective and high-quality programs and services.

  • Provide direction to the support team to ensure the delivery of housing support services.
  • Supervise and support staff in accordance with relevant Launch Housing policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to improve housing and wellbeing outcomes for clients.

For this role, you will need:

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A tertiary qualification in human services or other relevant discipline (desired).
  • Demonstrated understanding of housing and homelessness policy, context and systems.
  • Experience supporting staff who work with people with complex needs.
