Description:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our store operations. This key role involves coordinating the entire employee life cycle, from hiring to onboarding and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. They will also need to achieve departmental and store KPI targets, launch catalog campaigns, and maintain visual merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities include daily recovery and replenishment of stock, as well as stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management and multi-tasking skills, with experience in visual merchandising and activity set-up. They will also be physically capable of working with large volumes of stock and have an owner's mindset for their store.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and resilient leader who can inspire their team to excel. They will also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, IT competency, and first aid certification or be willing to obtain it.
