Service Station Retail Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to oversee our retail operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our service station, ensuring maximum sales, profit, and customer satisfaction.

The role involves:

  • Maintaining effective store operations and determining stock levels for smooth sales and service standards
  • Proactively planning and directing outstanding customer service and sustaining sound client relationships
  • Developing and implementing purchasing and marketing strategies to drive sales growth
  • Organizing and controlling daily retail trading operations

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, training, and developing staff members
  • Managing performance and adhering to company policies
  • Driving sales and meeting targets through strong financial judgment and decision-making

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of retail management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members for excellence
  • Good time management and leadership skills
