About the Role:
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and presentation.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Assist with payroll processing, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to move merchandise weighing up to 10kg and ascend/descend ladders.
