About the Role

As a trainer, your primary responsibilities will include developing and overseeing teaching materials, resources, and equipment. You will also play a crucial role in empowering students to transition seamlessly from campus to community. Your expertise will help create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters continuous improvement.

For this position, we are seeking an individual with extensive experience in the aged care, health, or disability industry. A minimum of five years of direct involvement in roles such as management, coordination, or direct support is highly regarded. Holding a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Nursing Qualifications is essential, as well as a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
