SEE Trainer

We are expanding our team and would love you to join us
You will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program.
- Deliver language, literacy, numeracy & digital skills training
- Be part of making a difference in the community
The Opportunity :
- Use your experience to engage students, employ effective learning techniques, and maintain a student-centred approach
- Identify barriers to learning to support student attendance
- Bring learning to life for students and use different forms of communication to achieve positive outcomes
- Conduct pre-training assessments and tailor training to meet contract requirements
About you :
- Ability to work with diverse participants
- Be a driven, supportive, and community-minded individual, working with learners and, in some regions, non-English speakers to support them in building future opportunities through learning
- Able to motivate and upskill jobseekers to improve their LLN skills to complete education and gain employment
- Handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment effectively
- Possess excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational areas
Qualifications :
- Current Cert IV TAE or Diploma in Adult Education plus Bachelor with TESOL, or
- An undergraduate degree with a postgraduate qualification in TESOL or equivalent, or willingness to complete a postgraduate qualification in TESOL
- Knowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework is preferred
