Job Description

Unlock your potential in a dynamic and rapidly growing construction company. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to contribute to our ongoing growth.

Snapshots of your new day-to-day:

  • Oversight of design and construct projects portfolios.
  • Deliver exceptional client outcomes, meeting deadlines, quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure detailed design and program plans are approved by the Construction Manager.
  • Coach and mentor construction professionals to excel in their roles.
  • Lead project design detailing, product selection and defect processes.
  • Manage approval processes for drawings and specifications, shop drawings and procurement.
  • Implement effective Subcontractor selection and evaluation procedures.
  • Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular and accurate reporting on project status.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A genuine passion for the Construction industry and drive to deliver high-quality outcomes and experiences.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related discipline.
  • Experience in PM or Assistant PM roles in Construction, preferably in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment.
  • Exposure to medium-to-large scale projects, e.g., commercial, education, industrial, and residential, including new build and fitout projects.
  • A strong track record in delivering construction projects aligned with schedules and customer expectations.
  • Thorough understanding of design and construction processes.
  • Proven leader, coach, and developer of successful teams.
