- Providing tailored support to participants to enhance their daily routines and independence.
- Applying evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support strategies and de-escalation techniques to promote positive outcomes.
- Delivering trauma-informed care aligned with individual behaviour support plans to foster trust and understanding.
- Supporting clients with dual diagnoses (mental health & disability) in a respectful, non-judgmental way.
- Encouraging emotional regulation, self-advocacy, and community engagement.
- Maintaining accurate, objective documentation to inform behaviour tracking and incident review.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
- Availability to work across a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and sleepovers.
- Valid unrestricted driver's licence.
- Experience supporting people with disabilities in community or residential settings.
- Comfortable delivering clinical and personal care supports as required.
- Background in related fields such as nursing, mental health, aged care, or disability support.
