Hospitality Stores Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stores Officer to join our team at TAFE NSW. As a Stores Officer, you will be responsible for providing high standards of customer service in relation to stores supply and administration activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors
- Manage and maintain accurate records of stores inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Process and dispatch orders, and coordinate with suppliers
- Ensure efficient day-to-day stores operations, including materials/equipment ordering, receiving, dispersing, issuing, and disposing
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Certificate III or above in Hospitality or an appropriate qualification in food hygiene practices
- Proven experience in stock control and purchasing activities, including use of related computer systems
- Demonstrated experience in providing hospitality-related stores purchase, preparation, and delivery services
- Ability and willingness to work on a roster basis and carry out manual handling activities
