About the Role

This is a key position within our Logistics Delivery Team, responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of fuel to our retail and commercial customers. You will work closely with our planning team to optimize fleet utilization and balance customer service with cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in transport or customer service and possess excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail. A willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming requests related to fuel delivery via phone and email
  • Process changes to the delivery plan due to unforeseen issues
  • Capture relevant data accurately, such as dips, densities, tank status, terminal outages, and site outages
  • Provide exceptional customer service through timely query resolution
  • Work closely with the planning team to optimize fleet use and balance customer service with cost
  • Commit to safety and intervene when necessary
About You
  • Previous experience in transport or customer service
  • Relevant road transport logistics or supply chain experience advantageous but not essential
  • Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office skills
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and ability to think laterally
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure and manage varying priorities
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
