Decisioning Strategy Lead Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and maintain the roadmap for Personalisation to support campaign and data community growth.
  • Develop capabilities in portfolio for decisioning, campaign development, analytics, and governance.
  • Owning customer and marketing data is crucial.
  • Orchestrate real-time customer decisioning in-situ.
  • Define and manage risk mitigation controls effectively.
What You Will Bring:
  • A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing, brand, digital marketing, or analytics fields.
  • 5+ years in a business-facing data & analytics role with several years in a lead position.
