About the Role

CyberCX is seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Transition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Managed Security Services practice, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, operation, and ongoing improvement of processes, procedures, methodologies, artefacts, and systems required to successfully manage the delivery and transition of infrastructure, applications, and services projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Development and Implementation: Assist with the establishment, development, and maintenance of required processes, procedures, methodologies, artefacts, and systems to ensure an effective Service Transition practice.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong working relationships both internally within Customer Solutions, Service Delivery, Managed Services, other CCX practices, and externally with clients.
  • Project Planning and Oversight: Plan and oversee the delivery of MSS projects from Sales Handover through Service Transition and to Project Close, ensuring that the project activities are being delivered in accordance with the agreed schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Information Transfer: Plan and oversee the transfer of key information necessary for the support, operation, and acceptance of solutions deployed into production. This includes operational readiness, support documentation, and acceptance checklists.
  • Issue Escalation: Act as a single point of escalation for any issues impacting MSS project delivery or Service Transition.
  • Reporting: Provide appropriate summary reporting to enable the Director – Service Transition to provide a portfolio-level view of MSS projects and transitions including issues, risks, schedule & budget.
  • Process Utilization: As directed, utilise processes, procedures, methodologies, artefacts, and systems required to provide a consistent and high-quality project delivery and service transition.
  • Pre-Sales Advisory: Work with the Customer Solutions team in a pre-sales advisory capacity to ensure Service Transition requirements are understood and appropriately planned and budgeted for.
  • Collaboration: Actively collaborate across CyberCX, and continuously look for ways to add value. Facilitate communication, partnerships, and cross-pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers.
About You
  • Qualifications: Ideally have a Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role, with particular focus on information technology and cyber security.
  • Managed Services Experience: Experience working in a Managed Services environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility with senior leaders and internal working teams.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate information into creative solutions to benefit the business.
  • Organisation and Planning Skills: Outstanding organisation and planning skills with the ability to work on multiple deliverables at the same time.
  • Resilience: Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner.
