Key Leadership Opportunity in Quality and Education at Catholic Healthcare

  • Provide exceptional coordination services for clinical quality and education support.
  • Ensure current accreditation standards are met.
Responsibilities:
  • Implement our standard operating model for quality and education.
  • Ensure clinical and service delivery documentation is upheld to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate and conduct internal and external quality audits.
  • Facilitate effective training and education to new and existing staff.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with APHRA registration.
  • An in-depth understanding of Aged Care Standards.
  • Fundamental knowledge of the clinical functions of an Aged Care facility.
  • Essential knowledge of ACQSC accreditation standards.
  • Experience as a Quality Coordinator in the Aged Care industry or comparable role/industry highly desirable.
  • Certificate 4 in Workplace and Assessment Training (desirable).
  • Must be able to provide evidence of Immunisation for COVID-19.
