Science Faculty Leader

We are seeking a highly effective leader to join our Science Faculty at Rosebank College. The successful applicant will have a passion for teaching and learning, with a focus on delivering high-quality educational programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a culture of excellence in teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Science Faculty in planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including students, parents, and the broader community
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives and policies
  • Provide professional support and guidance to teachers and staff members

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Education or a related field
  • Current NESA Accreditation and approval to teach in NSW
  • Proven experience in leadership roles within a school setting
