About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Spinal Life Australia. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with acquired spinal cord injuries in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including transfers, grooming, bathing, dressing, and personal care.
  • Provide domestic support, including meal preparation, household duties, and laundry.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social activities, promoting community access and inclusion.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and support.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a fixed fortnightly roster, including morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts.
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • NDIS Workers Screening and Blue Cards.
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in the field.
