ERP Application Support Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Application Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Level 2/3 financial ERP application support for the Service Desk and business users, as well as planning and managing software updates, upgrades, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2/3 Financial ERP Application Support for the Service Desk and business users on incidents and requests
  • Plan and manage software updates, upgrades, and performance
  • Maintain accurate records of the software inventory, licenses, and license agreements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Customer focused, good organisational and professional approach
  • Experience administering Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERP) is desirable
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Systems is desirable
  • Good experience in a Service Desk/Support in a Level 2 role
  • Car License Required - Ability to travel to other offices as sites as required
  • Must hold an Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
