Job Overview
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and secure exam environments as a Proctoring Specialist.
  • Maintain strict adherence to testing protocols, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify candidate identities, set up tests, and proctor/invigilate exams.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
  • Escalate policy breaches to relevant business personnel.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties and other tasks as directed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience in proctoring/exam invigilation highly desirable.
  • Beginner-intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.

Candidates must be comfortable working in quiet testing environments, sitting for long periods, and lifting up to 20 lbs independently. A flexible schedule is necessary, with availability to work various shifts across weekdays and weekends.
