About the Opportunity
As a clinical leader in child and youth mental health services, we are seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager or Team Leader to lead a dynamic multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be accountable for the coordination of patient-centred clinical practice and the provision of human and material resources within the Child and Youth Mental Health Service.
- They will provide professional and operational leadership and direction to nursing staff, as well as operational leadership to administration, allied health, and operational staff.
- The role involves delivering advanced level clinical services and clinical service leadership to ensure clinical responsiveness to emergent mental health presentations via the Department of Emergency Services.
- The candidate will actively lead the identification, development and implementation of quality and service improvement activities that enhance the delivery of services to the local service area.
