Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and passionate clinical leader to join our team at Bundaberg Hospital. As a Clinical Nurse Manager or Team Leader, you will lead a dynamic multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality care to young people in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient-centred clinical practice and provide human and material resources within the Child and Youth Mental Health Service.
- Provide professional and operational leadership to nursing staff, as well as operational leadership to administration, allied health, and operational staff.
- Facilitate and provide quality and cost-effective nursing services consistent with contemporary standards and best practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced practice level of nursing experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic multidisciplinary team environment.
