Nurse Unit Manager or Clinical Care Coordinator

Transform the lives of children and youth mental health by taking on a leadership role as a Nurse Unit Manager or Team Leader. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dedicated team at Bundaberg Hospital, where you will lead a dynamic multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality, person-centered care to young people in our community.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills while supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children and adolescents. You will be responsible for the facilitation and provision of quality and cost-effective nursing services which are consistent with contemporary standards and best practice within the Child and Youth Mental Health Service.
The successful candidate will have advanced level clinical services and clinical service leadership skills, ensuring clinical responsiveness to emergent mental health presentations via the Department of Emergency Services across an extended hours roster. They will also actively lead the identification, development and implementation of quality and service improvement activities that enhance the delivery of services to the local service area.

We offer a range of benefits including a competitive salary between $5,081.10 - $5,516.60 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%), annual leave loading (17.5%), flexible work arrangements and lower cost of living.
