We are seeking a highly skilled Agribusiness Executive to join our Regional and Agribusiness banking team (RAB) at the Commonwealth Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with agribusiness clients across Orange and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive new business and retain existing clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to meet clients' needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and expertise in agribusiness.
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of agribusiness clients, providing proactive risk management and financial analysis.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development, including acquisition of new to bank customers.
- Strong network across agribusiness and ability to leverage relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Highly skilled in financial analysis and credit decisioning, with a strong understanding of cash-flow drivers.
