We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Banking Professional to join our team in Australia. As a key position within the Retail division, this role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service and providing customers with a seamless banking experience.
Key Responsibilities- Meet each customer's end-to-end banking needs, ensuring a seamless branch experience.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, acting as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
- Contribute to significant customer engagement and advocacy, creating real value for our customers.
- Participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures from a risk perspective, 'knowing your customer'.
- Exceptional customer focus - retail experience advantageous.
- Experience in being a user and promoter of technology, working knowledge of digital channels an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task and be adaptable to change and ambiguity.
- Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Sound understanding of compliance principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
