Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Banking Professional to join our team in Australia. As a key position within the Retail division, this role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service and providing customers with a seamless banking experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet each customer's end-to-end banking needs, ensuring a seamless branch experience.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, acting as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Contribute to significant customer engagement and advocacy, creating real value for our customers.
  • Participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures from a risk perspective, 'knowing your customer'.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer focus - retail experience advantageous.
  • Experience in being a user and promoter of technology, working knowledge of digital channels an advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task and be adaptable to change and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Sound understanding of compliance principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
