Facilities Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of building services within our premium CBD asset. Your key responsibility will be to ensure that the assets are maintained in good condition, utilized in an efficient manner, and serviced in accordance with statutory requirements.
About You:- A minimum of 5 years' experience in facilities management is required, typically stemming from a solid administrative and/or technical background.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of facilities maintenance, including approval of work orders and tax invoice processing.
- Deliver operational expenditure budget against forecast.
- Ensure compliance with quality management system standards.
- Maintain accurate records and logs relevant to properties.
- Manage contractors according to established health and safety policies.
- Monitor building management systems and inspect plant equipment regularly.
- Contribute to operational healthcheck proforma and complete FCR compliance reporting on time.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and respond to information requests from senior staff.
