Building Maintenance Specialist

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for ensuring all aspects of building maintenance are in good working order.
- Assist with day-to-day maintenance, including repairs and maintenance of life support systems and all building systems.
- Test and tag to AS3760, as well as maintaining the database.
- Perform diagnostics and repair small refrigeration systems.
- Perform repair, general, and preventative maintenance work of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Resolve building alarms, both onsite and remotely.
You will be highly self-motivated with experience in building maintenance. Holding an 'A' grade electrician licence alongside Australian cabler registration is considered advantageous but not required.
