At Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology, we are dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and diagnostic services. We are currently seeking a skilled Pathology Specimen Collector to join our team in Mackay Collection Centres.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and customer service. As a Pathology Specimen Collector, you will be responsible for taking blood samples from patients and maintaining positive relationships with external clients, GPs, and Medical Centre staff.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing quality care for our patients in hospital;
  • Treating our patients with care and compassion;
  • Receiving urine and faeces samples;
  • Recording patient information;
  • Completing online training via our eLearning training system; and
  • Liaising with referrers and ancillary services in a hospital setting.

We offer a comprehensive paid training course during your first twelve months of employment, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role. Upon completion, you will receive an SNP training certificate.
