Senior Cybersecurity Change Manager Role

We are seeking an accomplished senior cybersecurity change manager to join a high-profile transformation. This highly visible role requires a dynamic individual with previous experience in establishing and leading a change management practice across large-scale cybersecurity transformations, ideally for global enterprise organisations.

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their experience in building high-performing teams and ensuring best practice change management standards, methodologies, and frameworks are embedded to provide strong governance across cybersecurity projects and programs.

To be successful, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • A proven track record of leading and mentoring teams of experienced change managers to effectively drive significant change across complex infrastructure and cybersecurity projects and programs
  • Experience in leveraging best practice change management standards, framework, and methodologies to establish the change management practice structure
  • Advanced experience in the development of bespoke change management, communication, training strategies, plans, tools, and technologies
  • Certifications in Prosci, Prince 2, and strong knowledge of change management frameworks including ADKAR
  • Experience in developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills
  • A proven track record of driving change management through the end-to-end project lifecycle, managing and mitigating project risks, and providing strong governance
