Entry-Level Civil/Mechanical Engineer

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong foundation in engineering principles, with the ability to apply theoretical concepts to real-world problems. This entry-level position is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, with opportunities to work on a variety of projects and collaborate with experienced engineers.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior engineers in design, drafting, and analysis tasks
  • Develop technical skills through hands-on training and project experience
  • Contribute to team efforts to deliver high-quality projects
  • Assist in research, fieldwork, and preliminary design calculations and analysis
Requirements
  • Actively enrolled in an accredited Civil or Mechanical Engineering program
  • Demonstrated interest in engineering, with a strong desire to advance skills related to the company's work and projects
  • Competent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to take direction from leadership and mentors
  • Basic proficiency with technical writing, software, spreadsheets, and technology tools
