Wellbeing Support Role

This is a temporary opportunity to provide dedicated onsite wellbeing support to students and school communities within the Northern Rivers, North Coast and Mid-North Coast of NSW.

The roles will work across several school settings to deliver evidence-based wellbeing programs and resources that support student wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional training in wellbeing programs
  • Support students to increase resilience and assist in their recovery following natural disaster events
  • Work with students, staff and parents to provide access to wellbeing programs and resources

Requirements:

  • A completed diploma or higher qualification in social work, youth work, welfare or related discipline
  • Knowledge of and commitment to supporting Aboriginal education
  • Valid and current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Full car (class C) drivers licence

About the Opportunity:

This is a temporary role until December 2026, with full-time and part-time contracts available. The successful candidate will be based in regional NSW and will have opportunities for professional growth and development.
