Job Title: Executive Assistant, Hastings

Job Description:

The primary purpose of this position is to provide timely, accurate and professional support and assistance to the Regional Assistant Director, Hastings and core regional office team.

The Executive Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative duties including office management, executive assistance, maintaining a regional events calendar, report writing, presentations and communication skills, as well as interfacing effectively with internal and external stakeholders and customers.

This role supports the underlying Mission of Catholic Education in the Diocese of Lismore by delivering services that contribute to enabling students to achieve the fullness of life.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A current/valid Australian Driver's Licence and eligibility to work within Australia for the period of the appointment
  • A cleared National Police Check, or ability to obtain if the successful candidate
