Theatre Technician Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Technician to join our team in providing exceptional care for patients requiring specialties such as Orthopaedics, Plastics including major reconstructive surgery, Urology, Breast & Endocrine and General Surgery.

This role will work closely with the Multi-disciplinary Team to deliver high-quality patient care. Our service operates Monday-Friday with reduced capacity at weekends and after-hours on-calls.

About You
  • A minimum of 24 months' experience as a Grade 3 or 36 months as a Grade 4 Theatre Technician is required.
  • Certification IV in Operating Theatre Technician Support (HLT47515) is mandatory.
  • Post Graduate qualifications in a relevant field are desirable.
  • You must have highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • You will be part of a diverse team and must be able to work effectively in this environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
