Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Hanes Australasia. This role will involve leading a team of QA Coordinators across Sydney and Melbourne, ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards.
About the Role- Lead and manage a team of QA Coordinators to ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all final products meet approved quality specifications and processes from bulk manufacturing to customer transaction.
- Stay up-to-date with current legislation and brand values, and ensure all quality policies and manuals are updated accordingly.
- Train and develop team members and vendors on quality standards and expectations.
- Identify potential risks during style development, select raw materials, and evaluate construction.
- Conduct regular DC and store visits to understand customer perception and brand health, and identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate and resolve bulk quality issues and consumer complaints in a timely and structured manner.
- You have excellent leadership, people management, training, and coaching skills.
- You are able to work well within a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- You possess an optimistic attitude, a strong commitment to continuous improvement, and excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- You have extensive knowledge and understanding of textiles and garment construction, as well as a strong technical background for apparel.
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
