Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing professional to partner with our buying team and deliver effective multichannel campaigns that drive profitable sales growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies based on market trends and buyer objectives.
  • Support the delivery of category promotions, ensuring timely execution and clear messaging.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to create seamless customer experiences that align with brand and category initiatives.
  • Track all category advertising/promotional activity and work with buyers to ensure annual activities are cycled.
  • Compile weekly category offers for online, TVC, eDMs, and digital advertising.
  • Work closely with buyers to secure supplier support and collect funds for supplier-funded advertising.
  • Prepare campaign analysis required for securing supplier funding and assessing campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of legal training and ensure advertising materials comply with established guidelines.
  • Develop briefs for design studios, external agencies, and digital publishing teams.
  • Communicate effectively with operations and the customer contact centre.
  • Monitor competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary marketing qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience working with retail brands
  • Demonstrated experience with advertising studios and production processes
