About the Role

This role involves leading guests through an immersive, high-altitude experience atop Optus Stadium, delivering a mix of education, excitement, and breathtaking views.

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide engaging, entertaining, and safe guided tours in alignment with our 'Fans First' philosophy.
- Lead visitors across various stadium spaces, offering insights into the stadium's history, design, and significance in the Perth community.
- Engage and connect with guests of all ages, ensuring they feel comfortable and excited throughout the experience.
- Monitor and enforce safety procedures, including correct use of equipment and adherence to guidelines.
- Assist with tour operations, including guest check-ins, harness fittings, and pre-tour briefings.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll be:

- An effective communicator - able to bring the stadium's history and features to life.
- Confident and outgoing - comfortable speaking in front of diverse groups.
- Physically fit - able to safely navigate elevated spaces and assist guests if needed.
- Passionate about Optus Stadium and Perth's sports and entertainment scene.
- Committed to safety - with a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience as a tour guide, outdoor adventure leader, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Working at Heights certification (preferred but not essential).
- Flexibility to work outside standard office hours, including weekends, public holidays, and event days.
