Lead Visitors Through Perth's Sporting Culture

We're seeking an experienced and engaging individual to join our team as a Roof Tour Guide.

  • Provide a memorable, entertaining, and safe guided tour experience that aligns with our 'Fans First' philosophy.
  • Lead visitors across various stadium spaces, offering insightful commentary about the stadium's history, design, and significance in the Perth community.
  • Engage and connect with guests of all ages, ensuring they feel comfortable and excited throughout the experience.
  • Monitor and enforce safety procedures, including correct use of equipment and adherence to guidelines.
  • Assist with tour operations, including guest check-ins, harness fittings, and pre-tour briefings.

An excellent communicator — able to bring the stadium's story to life through engaging narratives.

Confident and outgoing — comfortable speaking in front of diverse groups.

Physically fit — able to safely navigate elevated spaces and assist guests if needed.

Passionate about Optus Stadium and Perth's sports and entertainment scene.

Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences — with a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a tour guide, outdoor adventure leader, or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Working at Heights certification (preferred but not essential).
  • Flexibility to work outside standard office hours, including weekends, public holidays, and event days.
