About the Role

Our Casual Roof Tour Leaders will lead guests through an immersive experience atop Optus Stadium, delivering education, excitement, and breathtaking views.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide memorable guided tours aligned with our 'Fans First' philosophy.
  • Lead visitors across various stadium spaces, offering insights into the stadium's history, design, and significance in the Perth community.
  • Engage and connect with guests of all ages, ensuring they feel comfortable and excited throughout the experience.
  • Monitor and enforce safety procedures, including correct use of equipment and adherence to guidelines.
  • Assist with tour operations, including guest check-ins, harness fittings, and pre-tour briefings.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will be:

  1. Excellent storytellers – able to bring the stadium's history and features to life.
  2. Confident and outgoing – comfortable speaking in front of diverse groups.
  3. Physically fit – able to safely navigate elevated spaces and assist guests if needed.
  4. Passionate about Optus Stadium and Perth's sports and entertainment scene.
  5. Committed to safety – with a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience as a tour guide, outdoor adventure leader, or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Working at Heights certification (preferred but not essential).
  • Flexibility to work outside standard office hours, including weekends, public holidays, and event days.
