IT Services Delivery Executive

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing service delivery frameworks, including designing and implementing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and processes to ensure efficient and effective IT service delivery across the organization.
  • Monitoring and managing IT service levels to ensure that IT business-critical services meet or exceed agreed-upon service levels and are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Managing and guiding responses to IT service incidents and problems from IT teams and coordinating with team members to ensure timely and appropriate responses to service requests from stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality IT services, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Providing input towards the development and review of relevant IT policies and procedures related to IT service delivery.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for escalations and critical project discussions.
  • Creating and maintaining guidelines and standard operating procedures for the IT helpdesk team to ensure effective delivery of IT services.
  • Managing ongoing improvements to service delivery processes, capturing feedback and data to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of IT services.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, have a strong customer focus, and be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. They will also be able to drive continuous improvement by identifying manual, redundant, or inefficient tasks that can be automated or integrated to drive better operational outcomes.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Proven experience in IT service management, preferably in a similar role or function.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
