About This Role

Our company seeks a highly skilled Service Operations Manager to oversee the requirements of our service operations.

The primary purpose of this role is to:

  • Manage a team of technical experts, providing support to our network of dealers and working closely with our engineering department.
  • Lead and manage teams that deliver operational excellence in service, commercial performance, and customer experience.
  • Coordinate all recalls from a service operations perspective, collaborating with our warranty department and chief engineer to ensure compliance.
  • Work with regional teams to establish and maintain service standards, drive improvement initiatives, and create action plans.

For this challenging opportunity, we are seeking an individual with:

  • Proven experience in a similar management role.
  • Extensive knowledge of vehicle service departments, gained within a retail dealership environment or similar setting.
  • Technical expertise across all aspects of modern motor vehicles.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to plan, analyze, and execute strategies.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Technical Team to provide technical support and testing services to our dealer network.
  • Lead the Service Operations Specialist Team to coach dealers on delivering operational excellence.
  • Oversee recall activities to ensure compliance and work with the Engineering Department.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improvement.
