Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop daily and weekly coal blending strategies;
  • Identify and manage interactions with other mining processes;
  • Outline potential risks and opportunities in the schedule;
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure coal uncovery schedules align with blend requirements;
  • Work closely with Coal Mining Supervisors to execute coal plans and schedules in the field;
  • Liaise with Logistics and Marketing teams to manage production requirements; and
  • Conduct thorough coal quality reconciliations.

About You

  • A tertiary education in Engineering or Geology is required.
  • Previous experience at a coal mining operation is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
