Optical Engineering Career Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Optical Engineer to contribute to our Manufacturing Engineering Team in Melbourne. This role is crucial to sustaining and advancing spectroscopic instrumentation and manufacturing capabilities.

You will work closely with production teams and lead initiatives to support the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of optical systems and test infrastructure. You'll also collaborate with R&D engineers across disciplines to ensure manufacturability and performance of new and existing products.

Qualifications

  • 10+ Years of Experience in Optical Engineering
  • Strong Understanding of Spectroscopic Techniques
  • Experience with Optical Metrology and Design Tools
  • Familiarity with Laser Physics and Detection Schemes
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools
