Who We're Looking For:
  • A friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • A team player with a winning attitude and strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle high-energy, fast-paced shifts and promote our loyalty program to customers.
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, as well as taking orders and delivering high-quality products.
  • Upselling and suggestive selling skills, with a passion for the industry and a strong sales culture.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance with all food and beverage regulations, with a focus on customer needs and preferences.
  • A love for sports is a huge plus, but not a requirement.
How to Make the Starting Lineup:
  • A minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience, with juniors (under 18 years of age) welcome to apply.
  • Experience working in both bar and restaurant environments, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture, with a focus on career growth and development.
  • RSA certificate and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
