Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, maintaining a high level of product knowledge and merchandising standards
  • Rotate and present products effectively, ensuring a visually appealing store environment
  • Administer and implement company procedures, maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, embracing our Spendless values and culture
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer service role
  • Preferred supervisory experience, but not essential
  • Cash handling and EFTPOS experience
  • Stock handling, replenishment, and merchandising knowledge
  • Ideal understanding of sales budgets and KPIs
  • Strong customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a motivation to succeed
  • Outstanding communication skills, with a confident and friendly demeanor
