Are you a sports enthusiast looking for a dynamic and fast-paced work environment?

The Sporting Globe Bar and Grill is a popular sports bar and grill chain that offers function, casual dining, and a large bar space with TAB based in Australia.

We're seeking a friendly, outgoing individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our patrons.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Upsell and suggest menu items to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and safe working area.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in a bar and grill setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • RSA certificate and a passion for the hospitality industry.
