Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineering Lead to lead the design, development, and architecture of complex software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight for software development teams, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable codebases.
  • Architecture and Design: Design and develop complex software architectures using serverless and microservices architecture on AWS, leveraging modern frameworks and technologies.
  • API Development: Architect and develop RESTful APIs, integrating with multiple third-party services and driving frontend architecture decisions.
  • System Optimization: Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability at enterprise scale, leading code reviews and establishing testing strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders on technical strategy, system design, and technology roadmaps, mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in cloud computing, containerization, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, and S3.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
