Overview

Full Stack Developer – HealthTech | Python, Django, React

$130k–$150k + super | Brisbane (flexi working)

Alright Devs, here's one you don't see every day. I'm working with a seriously clever crew who live at the intersection of maths, optimisation, and software engineering. Their products are built to solve the kind of gnarly, high-stakes problems that keep industries like health, logistics, and infrastructure running.

The role? You'll be joining a new project team – a squad on a mission to make the health sector smoother, smarter, and more human. It's already creating impact for providers, and now they're adding another Full Stack Dev to keep the momentum going.

This isn't a cookie-cutter SaaS gig.

Responsibilities
  • Designing and building across the stack with Python/Django, React/TypeScript, and Postgres
  • Turning complex algorithms into features that feel effortless for the end user
  • Collaborating in a lean, cross-functional team alongside optimisation specialists and product minds
  • Mentoring juniors and lifting the technical bar
  • Playing with scalability and multi-client product challenges (read: never boring)

  • Experience with Postgres + CI/CD (GitLab is a bonus)
