Customer Service Specialist - Flooring and Rugs

We are seeking a professional with excellent customer service skills to join our team as a Salesperson in delivering great service to customers.

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

  • To possess an understanding of life at home solutions and strive to find the best outcome for our customers
  • To provide exceptional problem solving and experience in resolving customer complaints
  • To work effectively in a collaborative environment and manage tasks around customer needs

What We Require:

  • Experience in (or ability to work in) a retail business focused on customer satisfaction
  • An interest in gaining knowledge of flooring products, including carpets, rugs, hybrid, and timber floors
  • A current driver's license and reliable transportation (preferable)
