Job Title: Senior Regulatory Officer

The Senior Regulatory Officer is a key role within our organization that requires consistency and fairness in applying relevant early childhood education and care (ECEC) legislation, standards, policies and guidelines in the regulation of the ECEC sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support regulatory activities to achieve regulatory outcomes by developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Undertake risk-based decision making and provide quality advice on matters relating to ECEC regulation.
  • Prepare accurate and well-written communication for various audiences.
