Job Overview

RPMGlobal seeks an experienced software implementation professional to oversee enterprise software projects.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple enterprise software projects, experience working closely with various business units. Experience or exposure to software implementations within the mining industry would be highly valued.

This role will be based out of Perth and require international and domestic travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project lifecycle including scope, time, cost, quality, risk, stakeholder, integration, and closure.
  • Provide proactive leadership to the combined project team.
  • Develop project plans, resourcing plans, project cash flow summaries, and project reporting.
  • Establish robust project governance structures.
  • Ensure teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively.
  • Track project progress, risks, and issues and oversee accurate project reporting.
  • Manage development of project requirements, scope, change management, issues, and project risks to include mitigations and recovery plans.
  • Represent RPM's interests at Steering Committee level.
  • Build and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring the management and escalation of any project items in accordance with project expectations.
About You
  • You must have a proven track record in managing enterprise application implementations, preferably within the mining industry.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills in complex business environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, including conflict resolution skills.
  • PMP Certification or relevant project management qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Australia.
