Job Title: Team Leader

As a seasoned leader, you will inspire and engage our guests with exceptional leadership and interpersonal strengths.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the front office team to ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel across all departments in the absence of senior management.
  • Drive loyalty sign-ups in line with company targets and regional goals.
  • Take initiative to ensure interactions with guests are positive and productive.
  • Provide guidance, support training, and lead the Front Office team.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out of guests, ensuring all procedures are adhered to.
  • Support other areas of the hotel during peak times as needed.
  • Be responsible for the health and safety of all patrons, guests, and staff members.
  • Implement and support agreed-upon revenue growth strategies and practices.
Qualifications:
  • You have the necessary skills and training for complaint handling.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks while maintaining security awareness.
  • Outcome-driven approach to performance and results.
  • Experience with a property management system, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Unlimited work rights in Australia.
