Chief Precinct Director

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our dynamic retail asset. With a strong focus on community, performance, and innovation, this role plays a pivotal part in managing unique precincts and fostering long-standing relationships.
This fast-paced position is the heartbeat of the asset – an operational and stakeholder management focused role that requires exceptional leadership skills. You will oversee day-to-day operations and contractor performance, maintain site presentation, cleanliness, safety, and essential services, while ensuring efficient and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and on-site contractor performance
- Maintain site presentation, cleanliness, safety, and essential services
- Lead budget management and forecasting
- Ensure lease obligations and compliance are upheld
- Drive tenant relationships and manage key stakeholder communication
- Guide maintenance and capital works planning
Requirements
- A solid understanding of operational property management, preferably retail assets
- Proven leadership in managing contractors, budgets, and building services
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster retailer and stakeholder relationships
- Ability to problem-solve and thrive in a hands-on, high-traffic environment
